@tubetime would you like to see a "mini cathode ray tube" with a little mirror for the display?

@tubetime would you like to see a "mini cathode ray tube" with a little mirror for the display? I found this really neat one on aliexpres and I didn't buy it because I couldn't think of a reason but I wanted to show it to someone. Probably not new to you, but I thought it was very cute.

@futurebird huh that *IS* very cute! but it's not a mirror -- even better, it is the phosphor screen of the CRT itself! it's a "flat" CRT as used in the Watchman from Sony.

I read that a strong magnet bends the cathode electron beam around a corner so the screen can be angled that way. So yep no mirror!
