When you reorder the chapters in a fiction book you're writing to really know if the new order works you need to read the whole thing. An enjoyable way to do this is using text to speech. iPhones have a built-in speak function and will read any document to you. I go for a long walk and listen to the new order of chapters then make further tweaks.
The only thing I don't like about iPhone "speak" is it's hard to pause. I may need to look for a text reading app with more features.
