Forty-One Pages of "The Short Story I Can't Talk About Until It's Done"
I also have the ending which is two pages. "all" I need to do is write from one point to the other.
This had better not be 100 pages I swear to GOD.
I feel sick all the time because I'm not done with this story. It's like having a tumor or something. Horrible. But, realistically it's gonna be at least a month before I can even think about sharing it and that's if I keep hustling.

I have engineered conditions where I have no choice but to write the whole thing and no way to escape. Very impressive of me to do that. Wow. But... THE SUFFERING.

@futurebird I think the authors here on Mastodon will tell that the story will be the length it wants to be and there is nothing you can do about it
