@futurebird I trust you. I was out in the Egyptian Sahara near Siwa Oasis once, about a decade ago,, just trekking around with a local guide. At one point he declared it tea time, whipped out a little stove similar to that one (using some kind of charcoal, iirc), and brewed up some tea with just water, sugar, and a fistful of mint leaves. That was the best damn cup of tea I ever had, and boiling the water outside was definitely key.
