To entice someone to improve this I will point out that this castle and the scary stories about it are becoming very popular in online horror so a lot of people curious about the castle and the real history will see your work. It could be a chance to get them interested in the real history!Perhaps it's not an important castle in history, but it has become important in contemporary english language folklore.

@IngaLovinde We've entered the era of "ant crimes"I'm a little surprised they took such a big risk for this species. And no one needs to keep these ants when there are great local equivalents in Europe and the US. But maybe this will make the Kenyan government more excited about tourism to see insects and help with conservation.

@SecondUniverse I've never heard of ants using spiky seeds like this. Many ants will cover the entrance with sticks and tree resin for antibacterial and defense purposes ... so it could be that. Is the plant the produces the seeds native? That is are the ants accustomed to encountering it? If it's not native they could be confused why they can't get them into the nest... Are they harvester ants? Do you have a closer photo of the ants?
