Olynyk for Bey saves the Pelicans money. He signed his extension while hurt so it was very team-friendly. The Pels were close to the cap and saving a little money basically allows for them to spend more on the mid-level exception. So, I guess it’s all just salary cap related. The Pels get more flexibility and the Wizards get an expiring contract they can trade for picks later.

Yeah, 6 for Celtics seems low to me too for many of the same reasons for the Lakers. The league doesn't exist as it has or will without those two teams, they are farm more valuable than 2x or 3x the Grizzlies, for example.
