Conclusion:- There is a plausible future where the AI bubble pops, the size and commonness of large language models go down, and a group of dead-enders forever holds onto a near-millenarian belief we were on the cusp of creating "AGI", or creating God, if only the economic collapse (possibly presented, rather than a natural economic process as backstabbing by a group of luddites) had not stopped the "AI data center" buildout just as it was starting to work(2/2)

@rootcompute My sister bought a mini pc to replace her aging laptop just for browsing the web and writing a few word/excel files. Offered to install Linux Mint on the old laptop but she just ignored me. Oh well.

I DVR the games and I am watching one as background noise just to get familiar with new players and get a preview of the second unit rotation. So far, I have watched the Celtics first game. My take is that half the players are good enough to be 3rd string players and the other half not so much. It is too bad that when I look at the depth chart, some of these players will be asked to start.
