I couldn’t care less about this actor. Don’t even know who he is. That said, yelling at people you work with is *never* appropriate man. That’s verbal abuse and “they screwed up” is not an excuse. As the power differential grows between two coworkers, it becomes even less acceptable.

Then they aren’t a good fit for the position. They need to be moved somewhere they are a better fit or terminated As I said in another response, not only is yelling a great way to make the workplace hostile for everyone in the general vicinity but it’s also not a particularly effective way to deal with conflict There are countless better methods to deal with a problem.
