I agree with this. This plays and feels like an UNFINISHED game a decade ago That's because BARB blew their load on EVERYWHERE.GAME? Did you play either of them because it sounds like you haven't and are claiming things you know nothing about. I was lucky enough to play Everywhere and I have been playing Mindseye (almost completed the story) Everywhere is in Mindseye, once you get to a certain point you can enter "build mode" which is what Everywhere was. You are able to build either in the open world of Mindseye or go into empty "Arks" (worlds) and build from scratch.
