"Mogging" started out as "AMOG" - Alpha Male of Group.
Its a term where you're stating that the referred to figure is more physically attractive than others.Sort of like screaming "I'm the cutest" but in baritone.

@futurebird I'm going to go with the prescriptivist "it has no meaning and can be safely ignored," which serves me well with so much new usage.
Yes, I read the other replies and I'll concede that some people say it and others hear it and interpret it in the intended way, but I feel safe rejecting and/or ignoring it, as appropriate, and I invite you to join me. If we ignore it long enough, it might go away.
