      @Colman @futurebird yes it could have been done more thoroughly but i think a history specifically tied to a traditional mathematics course is powerful as opposed to sequestering it into a separate course that students can ignore and helps to teach them that history is part of technology

        @hipsterelectron @futurebird it’s one of those weird blind spots, in this part of the world anyway.

        Like the lots of people doing #ballet who not only have no idea of the history of the art but will claim it’s superfluous to their training. 🤷🏻‍♂️
