@mhoye Fleece head cap/beanie/whatever on, ball cap over head cap, pull up hoodie hood over the ball cap, put on over-jacket now that the hood's not in the way, simple.

Hoodie underneath for warrmth, above that rain jacket with hood. If it's a clear rain jacket it's like a nictitating membrane. Only comes up when it's wet.
