But he was not the reason why Dodgers lost NLDS Game 3. Disappearing bats were.
No matter who was on Dodger mound, 2 dinky runs were never gonna cut it. And 1 run was a consolation gift by the Phillies who just wanted to be at their hotel sleeping.
Bats -- including Ohtani -- better wake the [bleep] up in Game 4.

And let that be our final memory of Kershaw on the mound.As much as I disklike the Dodgers -which may be a surprise to no one- I was truly happy that Kershaw finally won a ring in 2020 while nabbing two wins in the WS. Was just hoping it would be with some other team.
With that out of the way, I'm all for another four run outing, after all, he has a 4.63 postseason ERA.
In the grand scheme of things, when he gets in on the first ballot that last game won't matter that much.
