Why don't they change the sign to say "Dust storms may NOT exist?" Seems like that would solve the problem.

Bonus, if you do ever get there, that intersection is really close to part of Petroglyph National Monument. Parking is not right off either Universe or Rainbow, but it's really close. And the petroglyphs are numerous and easy to see from the trails.
