    Wealthy New Yorkers are not going to leave because you taxed them. The rich are no more inclined to pick up stakes than anyone else.

      The labor force in NYC is among the most skilled and talented in the world. I see them on the bus or train at 5am on my way to work. Chefs, cleaners, security guards, personal trainers, nannies, waiters, trash collectors, interior designers, repairmen, tutors, musicians and on and on.

      You can get anything done here and done right ... if you have the cash.

      It's no fun being rich without us. No fun at all.
