So any #DIY folks know if this is repairable? The LED has a single segment burned out. I am sure I could replace an LED panel. Are they something that can be sourced?

If you can take it apart there will be a black number on the LED unit and you can see if it's one that is easy to order. A lot depends on how it's soldered into place.
