      In curious what a KWh costs these days. I've been off-grid solar the last four years and forgot how horrifically expensive utility bills were...

        My last bill was for 325 kWh at 11.966 cents each plus about $5 in "flat fees"

        OK then there are "delivery charges" which are 17.794 cents per kWh

        And about $30 in other random-ass flat fees.

        What is the difference between the two rates?
