What were they on back then???@futurebird It's part of a series where Shell commissioned different artists to produce posters with the same "you can be sure of Shell" slogan. That one is (presumably) by the art collective ZERO (that's where the artist's name was on other posters I've found), and THESE MEN in particular are JOURNALISTS. -

@fedward @futurebird What are journalists supposed to be using Shell *for*? Typewriters don't run on petroleum, last I checked.
