I'm pretty sure they are rubberized plastic conduits and so not that hard to bend. But it is uncommon to see conduits aligned artistically like that.That's probably three phase and medium (5KVA) or higher. So don't nobody get any fancy ideas about cutting into them. Though it would be over quickly.

They are just so... biological. Almost obscene, but also beautiful like an anatomical drawing.
