    I signed up for a farm share. In theory this will make us healthier and save money— but I fear I may end up trying to give away zucchini to strangers on the street whilst crying and longing for a slice or some soup from zabars:(
    any tips?

      @benroyce

      I go in the AMNH all the time I sneak in the back where the ants are like once a week.

            He shall be healthy. We shall both be healthy.

            AND happy. (mandatory)

                      @futurebird I've been getting a farm share (here on the uws, very grateful to have one that delivers nearby) for a few years.

                      Biggest tip is to cook things the day you have an idea what to do with them. Lean into whims. Do not hoard.

                      My other big tip is to learn to make saag. My farm loves cooking greens and leeks, and all of it becomes saag.

                      I made borscht two weeks ago because oops all beets.
