Obviously I don't trust a word of the official narrative, but the official narrative always trashes what the family has to say about the victim, so it's nice (and also heartbreaking) to hear what people who don't have any incentive to misrepresent, whatsoever, have to say about the departed.

@inthehands We chose to go forward w/ my kiddo's planned birthday overnight tonight so I'm home instead of at the neighborhood gathering, but I just did a 10 minute candle vigil out front for Alex. And for our state, and our country - the world. It's actually a beautiful night and I'm glad I did it.

I didn't have any candle in the house to light. So I made a cardboard sign, walked to the nearest corner with some traffic, and stood there from 7pm to 8pm, holding the sign over my head. It was cold, but I had to do this, for you, for Alex, for ChongLy, for Liam, for so many others. I wish to heaven there was more I could do. My heart bleeds with each days news. -
