Because you always get attacked by cultists or assassins in the middle of the night if you stay at an inn. Or maybe that's just a Warhammer FRPG thing?Depending on the inn really. If the innkeeper is having a long nose, a moustasche reminding you of whiskers, a tall hat that covers the ears and offers you a "safe-good sleep-night for you and your man-thing friend-allies" you kind of deserve being attacked. This happened to a group some days after they killed a human sized white furred rat and its armoured bodyguard, but letting their slaverat run away after since he didnt participate in the fighting and so was innocent.
