@futurebird The basic idea is to lure you in offering your book to their special secret club. A little praise, a hint about getting lots of "real" reviews, the idea of people talking about your work -- see what sticks. Just send a PDF of your book, for a select few dozen perhaps. And then, oh by the way, how about a nice gift for those nice readers, a few bucks. More readers? More reviews? More "gifts".
Take the money and run.
