A very desperate person forms of relationship with the chat bot who is curiously able to relate to their problems and who puts them in touch with other people who share similar difficulties, specifically loneliness. Very little airline customer service is accomplished but a great deal of matchmaking happens instead.

@futurebird it's not really a chatbot, it's a person in a concentration camp forced to pretend to be a chatbot by a fascist government trying to keep up the facade of "AI".
