I was so excited that high quality whipcream makers were suddenly popular. I love making fresh whipped cream.
But apparently it's a drug thing called "whippits"
@futurebird @msbellows Is this the nitrous oxide equivalent of those "spice grinders" that are actually for weed? Like, the thing was never actually intended to whip cream?

@futurebird Ah, I see about the whippits. I had a college roommate whose favorite way to get high āfor freeā was to go to a big grocery and abuse the cans of whipped cream right there in the aisle until security escorted him out.

I never did figure out the magic search term for an actual spice grinder.

I mean I was dimly aware of the "whippits" thing but I really thought I was getting a "professional chef style" dispenser. It looks very professional, very sturdy and well crafted.
But... that's not what it was about at all.
