why not just move server to a US based one and not lose everything? this doesn't have to be the end. its a text based mmo, from what I understand.

I'm not sure that it's the physical location of a server that's the germane issue -- if it were, most law related to Internet services would be easy to ignore, since there's always somewhere else in the world.
