We have been backed into a corner. The only solution is bombing the boats they claim are going to ... OK well not to the US... to Jamaica maybe. And maybe the boats didn't have opioids on them ... please don't look too closely this is all to save your wretched cousin from drugs. Because they care so much.

We wouldn't spend a few thousand dollars on housing or rehabilitation ... but we'll sink millions just to keep those poisons from our borders.

We could halt the suffering caused by addiction so easily. At a fraction of the cost, with a tiny fraction of the attention and effort that has gone into this avarice driven war of choice.
None of these people care at all. Not even enough to do some performative things like IDK visit a recovery clinic and pat the people on the shoulder and say "I feel your pain" or whatever. Can't be bothered to even look.
But that pain will do for an excuse for their war.
