@futurebird I’m still stuck on the idea of “Canadian hot sauce”

TBH it's my husband's favorite not mine, as it is very mild and the only one he really likes.

So now he will need to adapt to hot sauce from the south.

As I explained it is for my husband who needs special hot sauce since he is from CT where they are very sensitive to hot things.

My favorite Canadian hot sauce won't ship to the US anymore because of tariffs and they hate us.

My wife's favorite (only) hot sauce won't ship to Canada.
Oddly I'm one who takes spicier sauces and she likes... Water I guess?... This one I find zippy and she doesn't.
Just an odd quirk of the saucy realms!

There are some good options here in the south. I bought some small-batch stuff from a queerbaiting vampire twink at the Raleigh pride parade last year and they ship!

Does he not like Cholula? It seems to be the basic compromise that everyone can agree is "no real complaints" if they like any hot sauce at all.
In Philly they put it on the table standard, like ketchup.
