You may be shocked to hear this. But my Linux laptop seems to be exhibiting problems

I wrote a mastodon post on my Linux laptop about a problem that my Linux laptop was having, but all of a sudden the laptop was unable to access mastodon.social. It can access other domains but mastodon.social hangs. This is the second time this has happened to a specific domain in 20 minutes while other domains continue working so I don't think the problem is at Mastodon's end. So you won't be able to find out about the problem my Linux laptop was having. Only the … second… problem… it's having.
