@futurebird
- no one should need to turn to violence and crime for survival
- stealing from the rich as a queer gang is probably fine imoThe fact that pirates are now people on motorboats with guns fucked me up when i found out when i was around 10 years old. I wanted to become a pirate on a big old ship and be friends will all the crew.

@futurebird Somewhat counter argument: pirates are bad, but not nearly as bad as the people who make piracy a viable/appealing prospect in the first place
