Arthropod Antics' videos just keep getting better. The close ups of leaf-cutters in the AZ desert in this one are captivating. He discusses how the ranges of ants may be shifting with the hotter climate trends and recent droughts.

But mostly it's just high-quality close up action of ants working... including examples of de-alate queens helping with foraging which is new to me ... and related to that bigger question of how ants decide what job to do!
