My brain translates tariffs as tarifas, but it's actually aranceles. Tarifa means fee.

Politics sides are too angry at each other so I try to stay away from it. And while I didn't vote for my President, she seems to be doing a great job given the circumstances.

It probably isn't fun waiting to see if trump farts a tariff but if he does, it may mean his intimidation tactics failed.

My oldest uncle told me I have the apocalyptic world view of a religious zealot - and I'm mostly agnostic when it comes to politics, religion and UFOs.

That said, norhing that has happened these last few days surprises me, not the cruelty, not the speed of enshittification, nothing.
