That applies to drawn as well as real depictions. Both are material showing child sexual abuse.

The term specifically exists to describe material from the abuse of children. You cannot abuse children who do not exist. The entire point is distinguishing the kind of JPGs you go to prison for, versus a drawing of Bart Simpson's dick.
