That applies to drawn as well as real depictions. Both are material showing child sexual abuse.

You cannot abuse children who do not exist. The entire point is distinguishing the kind of JPGs you go to prison for, versus a drawing of Bart Simpson's dick. There's a reason that only one of those things is readily available on popular websites. The other one's a lot worse. Separating them is *kind of important.*
