I hate to assume that people are being manipulated however I just can't see Nicki following Don Lemon's coverage of a protest. So she is getting this from a right wing news outlet.

Moreover the logic of "have one black person criticize another oooo" is how white right wingers think.

Someone told her this would be impressive or something but it's not.
