    I find the backlog phenomenon bizarre. When I buy a new game, I'm excited to launch it and play it ASAP. The idea of buying any game I don't care enough to play ASAP is… unfathomable to me. Especially in a world where most games hit their historical low at least once every 3 months. It's not like it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy them for cheap or something.
