I can't guarantee that in this scenario a child might not be held liable to some degree. Probably not criminal prosecution since a minor can't "knowingly" solicit CSAM of themselves, but some measures may still be applied, like counseling or some civil consequences. Then again, I'm just a gal on the Internet, not a lawyer, so
