Yeah it will be interesting to see if Hali can take on the pressure defense. Also, OKC’s guards are bigger, so not sure if guys like Nembhard and TJ can do the same pesky defense they did on Brunson.

Lmfao they forgot to interview Hali. I agree Siakam deserves the mvp, but they could’ve at least gave Hali the mic for a bit.

GG Knicks. Pacers just played harder tonight and they bothered Brunson enough to frustrate him into a bad game. Hopefully their pace and relentless defense can match the Thunder. Their emphasis on ball movement can also counter the Thunder’s blitz defense. The Thunder could smother Jokic and Ant forcing them to rely on unreliable teammates, but Hali will just pass it out and their team offense of moving the ball around can hopefully counter it. And they can also apply the same smothering defense on the Thunder.

Crazy how this Wolves team (with Kat) showed impressive defense by containing (not completely stopping) Jokic last year, and now they’re getting a taste of overwhelming defense and completely fall apart.

Wolves are rattled. Lots of missed easy shots and turnovers. I’m afraid this might be it for them.

The Pacers being able to keep up the pace (heh) even when their bench unit is in is what will allow them to give the Thunder a better matchup compared to the Knicks.

IMO the Pacers are more capable than the Knicks to go toe-to-toe with the Thunder. I’m a neutral in this series and I love how close the games are, but if OKC ends up going to the finals, I’d rather the Pacers take them on.

Nuggets have serious reflection to do this off-season. Everyone except Gordon and Braun (and Jokic of course) should up for trade. They only got this far because of Jokic and Gordon’s heroics and it hid a lot of the team’s deficiencies for the past 2 years.

Welp, the Celtics' 3-point shooting was bound to average out. The only way the Knicks can get past them is the Celtics shooting at the extremes again (while getting to their averages when you consider the series as a whole), allowing them enough to sneak 2 more wins.
