@dolanor @paul @bruce @toastygirl Trans people and disabled people have often been the first targets of these kinds of movements. Oh everyone makes noises about caring about disabled people but, in fact, the real material support, the human respect is often absent. Attacks on trans people, in contrast, are more overt and obviously violent, those making the attacks counting on all of us saying "not *my* problem."But none of this is new. It's part of a pattern IMO.
