Hellebuyck won that game, hands down. His route was circuitous to get where he is. You could argue that the hockey culture allowed him to succeed, but he wasn't singled out by the development program. Look at Canada's shot quality chart... Just wow. 

This must be what other teams feel like when playing against Helle. Barely noticeable, big and boring, entirely effective. Look at the quality of the Canadian shots... 

NHL games with 10 min OT just mean six people on each team have to each play five more minutes each night. They'll just play this super conservative possession game for ten mins. We either need to bring back the tie, or scrap the loser point. Force people to push.
