wrote 3 days ago last edited byDid CS2 ever get “good enough” to warrant ditching CS1 for it?

wrote 3 days ago last edited byNope, the devs got screwed by Unity who promised them performance increases on fancy new features they were early adopters for but those never came. Performance is still terrible; not sure if it is still rendering every individual citizen's set of teeth but it was doing that at one point.

wrote 3 days ago last edited byI uninstalled CS1 months ago. I can't go back.

wrote 3 days ago last edited byCS2 still has some glaring holes. It doesn't have functional bus lanes for example. I have rage quit over some stupid bug/design decision every time I have tried to play it. Also, still no asset mods... WTF

wrote 3 days ago last edited byHave they fixed roundabouts yet? When I played a few years ago the traffic in the roundabout would yield to joining traffic, screwing up traffic on a grand scale.

wrote 3 days ago last edited byFor me it did not yet. I watch the discussion on steam and there is still not a whole lot of functional city simulation under the hood. Sure it looks fine, but i wanted a city simulation game, not a city painter
