Spurs are so exciting! Castle has made great strides in taking point guard duties and being aggressive attacking the rim. He’s also hounding Flagg on defense. Wemby is unbelievable. Imagine getting fouled and still making a reverse dunk lmao, what do you even do. Harper has the jitters but after scoring his first layup, it looks like he’s more relaxed now. The young core is building chemistry so fast that I wonder if Fox will throw a wrench into it when he gets back. Meanwhile, Flagg playing point guard isn’t working out so well. Probably has the jitters too but he’s had great composure so far.

You need to watch the Spurs, and not just for Wemby. Castle is gonna be amazing, and their roster this season is pretty good. I’m also interested in seeing if the Nuggets can make it all the way with arguably an even better roster than their championship squad.

I’m not really sure what their plan is because a true rebuild isnt possible since they gave out so many picks and pick swaps losing doesn’t get them a better draft pick. Believe they’re 7 years out from having control of their picks again so that’s a long time to be stuck in this position.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but Hayes has been more serviceable than Ayton. Less talented but he’s a better lob threat. Maybe Ayton needs more time to gel with Luka, but it’s Ayton we’re talking about.
